A TV spot from Order of the Phoenix has won “Best Animation/Family TV Spot” at the 2008 Golden Trailer Awards, which were held yesterday in Los Angeles. The spot, titled “Great Wizards”, can be viewed here in QuickTime format.
According to United Agents, actress Suzanne Toase is currently filming her role as Alecto Carrow for the sixth Harry Potter film. It is yet unknown whether she’ll reprise the role in Deathly Hallows.

ComingSoon.net received a hot tip early Friday morning, revealing that Part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released November 19th, 2010.
The news comes just a little over a month since Warner Brothers announced the final book will be split into two films. No word yet on the exact date for Part 2, but Heyman has previously stated in an interview with the LA Times to look for a May 2011 release.
Actress Helen McCrory is profiled in a new article now online from the Daily Mail in which she talks about her career, life, and role as Narcissa Malfoy in the upcoming “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” film. In this lengthy article, Helen briefly discusses her role as Narcissa in the sixth film, saying: “Just wait for me to be wicked and witchy.” As readers will remember, due to her pregnancy during the “Order of the Phoenix” filming, she was unable to take on the role of Bellatrix Lestrange in that film, but, the article notes, was instead offered the role of Bellatrix’s sister, Narcissa, in the “Half-Blood Prince” and “Deathly Hallows” films.
Production is currently underway for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” which is set for a November 2008 release.

Two additional roles for the upcoming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince have apparently been cast. The part of Regulus Black, death eater and younger brother of Sirius Black, will be portrayed by young actor Tom Moorcroft according to this page at Spotlight.com(click for additional photos of the actor).UK Castingcall pro also reveals that Charlie Bennison will be seen in the part of Sanguini the Vampire, who as readers will recall, is a guest at Slughorn’s dinner party.
No formal announcement has yet been made on these latest possible additions.
